We’ve been working on the coding behind the scenes on a few features related to accounts. We’ve made it easier to duplicate orders (especially from a mobile device), and to look up past orders, invoices, and tracking information.

We do our best to try to get the right information to the right people at the right time, and by keeping your email accounts up to date, you can help us with that process.
By clicking on the Manage tab once you have logged in, you will see your options for email accounts.
All email addresses listed will receive a copy of the initial order.
Email addresses marked AP will be used for invoicing questions.
Email addresses marked General will be used for general communications.
One email address can be used for both functions, but we do require that at least one email address is checked for each type of communication.
Once you’ve logged in, you will notice your recent orders, and for each you can get some additional useful information…
By clicking on the Track button, you can see the UPS tracking number, and by clicking on the number, you can get detailed UPS information regarding delivery.
The Invoice button downloads a pdf copy of the original invoice for you to pass along to accounting, or whomever needs it.
The Reorder button is hopefully the most useful feature. That will place the items from that order into the shopping cart for you to quickly checkout.

Step 1: Find a recent order # and email address associated with that order
Step 2: Login to ink4mail.com by entering the above information to the upper right hand corner of the screen
On a mobile device, you may need to click on the account icon to make the fields appear, as in the image below.
Step 3: Click on the manage tab at the bottom of the screen
Step 4: Enter a new password and click on “Update”
Now, you can use your email address and your new password or an order number to login to your ink4mail.com account.
