Credit Cards Accepted: We currently accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

Freight: All prices are FOB St. Louis, MO. Normal delivery is UPS Ground (Prices calculated within the shopping cart). If you require expedited delivery, please place your order over the phone at 866-INK-CART, so we can ensure the product is in stock, and that we will be able to package and ship it the same day. Orders placed by 4:00pm Central Time Monday-Friday (UPS holidays excluded) normally ship the same day. Please call us at 866-INK-CART to see if late orders can still be shipped the same day.

Pricing: Current pricing is accurately reflected on the website.  Any applicable price changes will be posted on the website when they become effective.

Returns: Returns of non-defective items are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 days of your order.

If you need to return defective cartridges, please call for RMA information.  Once we receive your cartridges, we will test them, and return any non-defective cartridges to you. A credit will be applied to your next order for any cartridges tested defective.
