Wolke printing systems — the m600, m600e, m600T, T800 and T800e, and the newer m610 advanced, m610 oem and m610 touch — use TIJ 2.5 HP45-format ink cartridges. Ink4Mail is a stocking distributor of Kao Collins ink cartridges, the OEM brand behind many Wolke-installed inks. Orders before 4 PM Central ship same day.
Wolke UB7482 Direct Replacement
The Kao Collins Super Fast Black TWK1961H is a direct replacement for the Wolke UB7482 cartridge. Originally designed for scratch-off lottery tickets and high-speed packaging lines, TWK1961H delivers dark, fast-drying, scannable codes on porous and semi-porous substrates including corrugated boxes, matte papers, and cardboard. It also replaces the discontinued Collins CM-796KB and the Express Inc.Jet Jet Fuel Quick Black IT6555.
Wolke m600 vs. m610: What Changes for Kao Collins Cartridges
Wolke is the German thermal inkjet manufacturer Videojet acquired in 2005, and Videojet sells the same printers under its own model numbers. The generation you own determines how a Kao Collins cartridge behaves in it.
- Wolke m600 family and Videojet 8510 (m600 advanced, m600 oem, m600 universal, m600 touch, m600e, m600T, T800, T800e) — Standard HP45 cartridges with no cartridge authentication. Kao Collins cartridges are a true drop-in with no printer configuration changes.
- Wolke m610 family and Videojet 8520 (m610 advanced, m610 oem, m610 touch) — Same HP45 cartridge body, but the controller reads a chip on Videojet-branded cartridges. A Kao Collins cartridge prints normally; the controller shows a Non-Authenticated Cartridge warning (E5344) that the operator clears, ink level and expiry tracking are not available, and firing voltage and pulse width are entered under Tools > Setup > Consumables after each power cycle. We supply the Kao Collins settings with every order and recommend testing one cartridge on your firmware before ordering in volume.
Not sure which you have? An m610 displays the ink level it reads from the cartridge. An m600 asks the operator to enter the ink level by hand. For the Videojet-branded lineup, including the 8610 MEK platform, see our Videojet Compatible Ink page.
