Do you have the newest smart home device? Personally, my father thought it would be a great gift at Christmas time and suddenly he has set up, not one, but two within his house. I’m all for advancing technology, but some people are beginning to argue if Google’s newest fads are becoming too invasive. Not only is the device always listening, unless you mute it, the fact that the device utilizes smart technology contributes to users’ fears. Smart technology means it is learning while being asked questions; documenting frequent song choices, Google searches, location, etc. Each device begins to learn about it’s personal owner.

New styluses and improving digital applications allow users to draw more precisely and create an individualized style of calligraphy. We’ve all seen the higher demand in ability to draw unique lettering for advertisement, personalized items, and colorful mail. The Showcase of Gallus Labelmaster in China

Within the last month, Asia’s label market has grown exponentially with rumors of a 5.5% increase by next year. Gallus Labelmaster, specifically, designed for labeling and packaging, sold more than 100 machines with capacities to select a precise type of printing required, such as flexo printing or screen printing. Their new set standards on cost-effectiveness increased expectations in the ink community as well. According to Ink World Magazine, “[Gallus Labelmaster] developed a new locking system that enables quick, easy and accurate changes of printing units.”
