Seems a little bit insightful when we become too hard on ourselves from time to time

I think I just made a good decision, but maybe it was a trick …
How to do the to do :)
I always find Seth Godin’s perspective on things to be thought provoking and interesting. Here is another perspective on the “unseen” part of the todo list.
Don’t Do It!!
Or maybe you should 🙂 An interesting perspective on someone who tried to work from the opposite of a todo list.
Interesting Innovation
This one intrigued me, using the words low cost and passive energy. The only thing I didn’t see mentioned in the article is scalable, but hopefully someone has thought that part through.
Tradeoffs.
Boring people with a background in economics, like me, often talk about tradeoffs, and this article highlights some of the tradeoffs made in our healthcare distribution system.
I am struck by the current events of severe weather in Texas and other places that don’t normally get this cold, and the words “health care” could easily be replaced by “energy”, or for that matter any number of industrial systems, education systems, etc.
The search for supply chain efficiencies has made our health care system leaner and more global. But this efficiency has come at the cost of resilience, with hospitals and health care providers now dependent on fragile global supply chains vulnerable to disruptions from “black swan” events like Covid-19.

A few challenges?
I think it is fair to say that most of us have undergone a few challenges in the last 12 months 🙂 I usually like the perspective of Seth Godin, as seen in the history of posts relating to him on this site. This is another example of a way to look at where we are at, and where we can go.
This one is probably a little difficult for each of us to look at ourselves.
I always seem to enjoy Seth Godin’s insight. And it sure is easier to say “I’m busy” than “I’m being productive”.
Please write this down …
Ok, so it has been awhile since we’ve posted anything. We’ll do what we can to remedy things from here on out. A note on developing a paperless office …
