There are glamorous “ideas” that people have about a variety of jobs, a couple that come to mind is the critical courtroom scene for a lawyer or judge (or I suppose the defendant as well), the revival of a fading patient in the operating room, or the capture of a most wanted criminal for a police officer.

Unfortunately, many jobs (yours and mine likely included) have a lot more opportunities for less glamorous grunt work.  Here’s an article about how to help your team manage the less desireable workload.
