New DHL Shipping Options for Non U.S. Customers

Due to our rapidly increasing interest from overseas customers, we have negotiated better shipping rates through DHL.  We hope to be incorporating those directly into our shopping cart shortly, but in the meantime, please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote.

We also ship regularly to freight forwarding companies, if you have an established relationship with one for your business.

HP and Collins Ink December Price Increases

As you may be aware by now, HP has initiated a price increase on some of their addressing inks, including the C8842A Versatile. They have also initiated a price increase for the cartridge components that impact vendors such as Collins Ink.  This will impact the pricing of popular inks like Max2 (TWK1386) and Max3 (TWK1396).

Effective December 1st (and popping up sooner for inks that are in tighter supply), there will be an approximately 12 percent price increase on a number of cartridges from HP and Collins Ink.

Ink4mail wants to help you stock up in anticipation of these price increases, so we will be maintaining higher inventory levels throughout the month of November, and will keep our prices steady as long as our inventory holds.

Please take this opportunity to forecast your ink needs, and stock up at current prices while you can. We will make every effort to maintain inventory levels, and hold our prices for as long as our inventory lasts.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 866-INK-CART, or email us at info@ink4mail.com

Thank you for your business,

Send us your stockpiles

Hopefully, you had a prosperous political mail season!  We enjoyed our best September and October sales volume in our history.  Now that things are slowing down (but hopefully only a little), please take the time to pack up your empty cartridges.

We’ll take them back from you and even take care of the shipping.  Just follow the instructions here, and we’ll provide you with a credit for your next order.

Stocking up

A price increase is coming for December 1st from Collins and HP across a variety of inks.  We’re working with them to nail down the details as soon as possible, so we can help you stock up, to take advantage of current prices.  We’ll get more information out as soon as it becomes settled.

Please call us if you have any specific questions, and we’ll give you the best information we have at the time, realizing it is a bit fluid at the moment.

Thank you for your continued support of ink4mail.com

Collins Max 2 back in stock

After enduring some supply issues, we’re happy to announce that we’ve got Collins Max 2 ink back in stock. The part number for that is TWK-1386.

We’ve also received new inventory on other Collins Inks including the Max 3 (TWK-1396), but those weren’t in quite as short a supply.

We thank you for your continued support and loyalty. Please let us know if there are other products you would like us to supply with our consistent customer service and great value pricing.

Storage clips available

From a variety of sources, we’ve accumulated a stockpile of cartridge storage clips, particularly useful when there is a pause between cartridge use, as it helps keep the cartridge clean, and keeps the ink from drying out.

If you would like a few of these, just ask us to toss a few into your next order. They are free of charge, while supplies last. (are there any additional gratuitous disclaimers that I should add here 🙂 )

Political Mail Season

As we await the surge of business from political mail season, after the first round of primary mail season has completed, just wanted to make you aware that the Collins Max 3 has gotten a few of our customers out of a jam.  A couple of occassions where the printer didn’t follow instructions and put and aqueous coating on the piece, and mailer was scrambling to find the right ink.  In both instances, Collins Max 3 exceeded the customers expectations.
